Pgishonim - Technology Solutions in Education Ltd. attaches great importance to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities, and works to make the site and the system accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service), 5773-2013.
The level of accessibility on the site
The site has been made accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard SI 5568 for making internet content accessible, at level AA, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines of the international standards organisation W3C.
Accessibility adjustments that have been made
- Support for keyboard navigation and for screen readers
- Alternative text (alt) for meaningful images
- The option to increase and decrease the text size
- Increased contrast and highlighting of links
- Semantic structure, heading tags and a declared page language
- An accessibility component (accessibility toolbar) available on every page of the site, through the accessibility button in the corner of the screen, allowing personal display adjustments
Browsers and assistive technologies tested
Accessibility was tested in the Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari browsers in their current versions, together with common screen readers.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts to make all the pages of the site and the system accessible, there may be parts or components that have not yet been made fully accessible or whose accessibility work is still in progress. We continue to work on improving accessibility on an ongoing basis. If you come across a component that is not accessible, we would be glad if you let us know and we will act to correct it promptly.
